The problem

Most law firm marketing is a pile of vendors, not a plan

A web developer built the site three years ago. Someone runs a bit of Google Ads. A freelancer posts to LinkedIn. A directory bills every quarter. Nobody owns the number that matters, which is what it costs the firm to win a case in each department, and nobody can tell the partners where last month's enquiries came from.

General agencies do not fix this. They know marketing, they do not know that a solicitor in Ireland is a regulated advertiser, that Google treats legal content as high stakes, or that one commercial client is worth more than a year of clicks.

A law firm marketing agency owns the whole thing. One plan, one budget, one report, built around what a case is worth to the firm.

What this looks like inside a firm

  • Several suppliers, none responsible for results
  • Marketing spend nobody can connect to new files opened
  • A website that looks fine and produces nothing
  • Partners disagreeing about which work to chase
  • A marketing manager stretched across events, brand and digital
  • Quiet worry that something published breaches the LSRA rules

What we do

What a law firm marketing agency does for a firm

Every channel a firm needs, run by people who only work with law firms, to one plan.

Strategy and budget

We start with what a case is worth in each department and how many the firm wants, then work backwards to a budget and a channel mix that can deliver it. The partners approve a plan with numbers in it, not a list of activities.

Law firm SEO

Practice area architecture, solicitor profiles, local SEO for every office and content by department, so each part of the firm ranks for its own work. See our full approach to law firm SEO.

Google Ads

Paid search for the departments where a fast, controllable flow of enquiries pays, tracked on calls and forms rather than clicks, with the personal injury restrictions respected. See Google Ads for law firms.

Website design

A fast, mobile first site with the structure a firm needs: practice area pages, office pages, solicitor profiles and forms that turn visitors into enquiries. See law firm website design.

Content and thought leadership

Guides, answers and commentary written to a legal standard under the names of the solicitors who stand behind them, planned department by department. See legal content marketing.

Reputation, local and AI search

Google Business Profiles for every office, a compliant review system, and content structured so ChatGPT and AI search recommend the firm when someone asks for a solicitor in your town.

Working with the firm

Built to fit how a law firm actually makes decisions

A firm is not one client. It is a managing partner who cares about the total, department heads who care about their own pipeline, a practice manager who cares about the invoice and, often, a marketing manager holding it all together. We have worked inside that structure for years.

We work largely async by email, which suits people who bill their time, and we report monthly in a form that can go straight into a partners' meeting. When a decision needs a call, we have the call.

Questions to ask any law firm marketing agency

  • How many law firms have you worked with, and can we speak to one?
  • What do the LSRA rules say about personal injury advertising?
  • Can you report by practice area and by office?
  • Do you track phone calls as well as web forms?
  • Who owns the website, the ad account and the data if we leave?
  • What is the minimum term?

Our answers: 250 plus and yes, we will tell you in detail, yes, yes, you do, and none after the initial build.

How it works

From first conversation to monthly report

No black box. You know what we are doing, why, and what it is returning, department by department.

1

Free growth plan

We review the website, every Google Business Profile, current advertising, the competitors ahead of each department and the search opportunity in each practice area and location. You get a clear picture, whether you work with us or not.

2

Numbers, priorities, budget

We agree what a case is worth in each department, which departments to start with, and the budget. The plan the partners approve has targets in it.

3

Build and launch

Website fixes or rebuild, practice area and office architecture, profiles, tracking on calls and forms, then SEO, ads and content in the order the plan sets out. Everything reviewed for LSRA compliance before it goes live.

4

Report and refine

Every month: rankings, traffic, calls, enquiries and cost per enquiry by department and office, plus the work done and what changes next. We keep moving budget toward what wins cases.

Built for Irish firms

Marketing that stays inside the LSRA rules

The Legal Services Regulatory Authority sets clear limits on how solicitors advertise under the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015, with particular restrictions around personal injury work. Get it wrong and the firm risks more than a wasted budget. A general agency learns this on your account. We already know it.

Every page, ad, profile, review request and article goes through a compliance check before it is published: truthful, professional and never misleading. We handle GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 properly too, with compliant forms, cookie consent and secure handling of enquiries.

Compliance areas we cover

  • LSRA advertising restrictions, including personal injury
  • Google Ads policies for legal services
  • Truthful, non misleading claims and outcome language
  • GDPR compliant forms, tracking and data handling
  • Cookie consent that meets Irish standards
  • Review and testimonial compliance
You focus on practising law. We handle the marketing and keep it compliant, end to end.

FAQ

Law firm marketing, common questions

What does a law firm marketing agency actually do?
It takes responsibility for winning the firm the clients it wants, across every channel, against an agreed budget. In practice that means a strategy tied to case value, a website that converts, SEO and local SEO for each practice area and office, Google Ads where they pay, content and reputation work, and a monthly report the partners can read. A general agency does some of those things. A law firm agency does them inside the LSRA rules and knows which cases are worth chasing.
Why not use a general marketing agency?
Three reasons. Solicitors in Ireland are regulated advertisers and a general agency usually learns the LSRA rules on your account. Google holds legal content to a higher standard than most industries, so tactics that work for a retailer fall flat. And the economics are different: one probate matter is worth more than a thousand online sales, so the whole plan has to be built around cost per case, not cost per click.
How much does law firm marketing cost in Ireland?
We price each service individually rather than in fixed packages and build the mix around your goals and budget. A firm might start with SEO and a website fix and add Google Ads once the site converts. Indicative figures are on our pricing page and you get a clear proposal after your free growth plan.
Do you work with our in house marketing manager or replace them?
We work with them, and it is usually the best arrangement. Your marketing manager owns the relationship with the partners, the brand and the events calendar. We bring the legal search specialism, the technical work, the ad management and the content production, and we report in a form they can take straight into a partners' meeting.
How do you report to the partners?
Monthly, in plain numbers, broken down by practice area and office: rankings, traffic, calls, form enquiries, cost per enquiry and, where the firm shares it, cost per client. We track phone calls as well as forms, because for most firms the phone is where clients arrive. Partners can see which department the marketing is feeding and what it is costing.
Can you market a personal injury department in Ireland?
Within the rules, yes. Irish law restricts advertising that solicits personal injury claims, so direct response claim ads and no win no fee wording are out. What works is a strong, compliant presence built on who the firm is, the experience of its solicitors, reviews and local visibility. We will tell you plainly what is allowed and we will not run anything that is not.
Do you tie us into a long contract?
No. We work month to month after the initial build and earn the next month with results. Most agency contracts protect the agency. We would rather the reporting did the persuading.
Where are you based and where do you work?
We are based in Kinsale, Co. Cork, and we work with law firms across the Republic of Ireland, from Dublin and Cork to Galway, Limerick, Waterford and every county. We work largely async by email, with calls when a decision needs one.
